WHO AM I
I am an occupational therapist with a passion for helping children reach their fullest potential. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from the Isfahan University of Medical Sciences, which I obtained in 2015. Since then, I have dedicated my career to working in various occupational therapy clinics, focusing particularly on children with autism. My journey has been one of growth, learning, and a deep commitment to supporting children and their families.
From 2019 to 2021, I managed Borna Children Occupational Therapy Clinic, where I not only shaped the care and therapeutic strategies offered to young patients but also honed my managerial skills. During my time at Borna, I implemented evidence-based practices and innovative therapy techniques that improved the quality of care and outcomes for children with various developmental disorders. My leadership was instrumental in creating a nurturing environment that prioritized the unique needs of each child. I successfully led a team of therapists, coordinated patient care, and ensured that all operational aspects of the clinic ran smoothly. This experience allowed me to develop strong skills in team management, strategic planning, and effective communication, which were crucial in achieving significant developmental milestones for our patients.
Supervisor of Ordibehesht Occupational Therapy Clinic
Currently, I am the manager of Ordibehesht Occupational Therapy Clinic, a role I have held since 2021. At Ordibehesht, I continue to leverage my managerial expertise to lead a dedicated team of professionals in providing individualized care for children with developmental challenges, including autism, sensory processing disorders, and physical disabilities. Under my leadership, the clinic has expanded its services to include a multidisciplinary approach, collaborating with speech therapists, psychologists, and pediatricians to offer comprehensive care. I have successfully overseen the expansion of services, optimized clinic workflows, and improved overall efficiency, resulting in a higher standard of care and better outcomes for our patients. My aim is to create a supportive environment that fosters growth, independence, and a better quality of life for the children we serve. I believe that every child has the potential to grow and thrive, and my approach is centered on unlocking that potential through personalized and compassionate care.
Beyond my clinical work, I am also deeply involved in the broader occupational therapy community. Over the years, I have held numerous workshops and seminars, sharing insights and best practices with fellow therapists, educators, and families. These events have covered a wide range of topics, including sensory integration, behavior management, and strategies for supporting children with autism in educational settings. My goal in these events is to empower others with the knowledge and tools they need to support children’s development effectively. I have also been a guest speaker at conferences and have contributed articles to professional journals, furthering the understanding of pediatric occupational therapy.
I am passionate about advocating for early intervention and believe that timely support can make a world of difference in a child’s development. I actively collaborate with schools and community organizations to raise awareness about the importance of occupational therapy and early intervention services. By working closely with teachers and parents, I strive to create an inclusive environment where children with developmental challenges can succeed alongside their peers.
Born in 1991, my life has been guided by a genuine love for helping others and making a meaningful difference in the lives of children. Whether it’s through direct care, education, or community outreach, I am committed to enhancing the well-being of children and their families. My work is not just a profession—it is my passion, and I am proud to be a part of every child’s journey towards a brighter future. In my free time, I enjoy reading about the latest advancements in pediatric therapy, volunteering in community programs, and spending time with my family. I believe that continuous learning and personal growth are key to providing the best possible care for the children I serve.
